What Toronto customers check

Five things Torontonians check before they call

Toronto is the most competitive market in Canada, and your customers have dozens of options a few blocks away. These details quietly decide whether a visitor calls, books or taps back to the next result on Google.

  1. Proof you know their neighbourhood

Toronto is a city of neighbourhoods, and people search that way: "dentist Leslieville", "plumber Etobicoke", "accountant Mississauga". Area pages, local schema and a Google Business Profile that matches your site put you in front of the people around you.

  2. Accessible by law, not just by choice

Ontario's AODA requires many organizations, including private businesses with 50 or more employees, to meet WCAG accessibility standards online. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines for every client, so more people can use your site and you are ready as you grow.

  3. A site for a city of many languages

About half of Torontonians were born outside Canada. A clear English site, with optional pages in Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil, Chinese or another language your customers speak, turns visitors other businesses lose into loyal customers.

  4. Fast on the TTC and the 401

Most of your visitors find you on a phone, between stops or in traffic. We keep pages light, images compressed and buttons big, so your site opens quickly even on a patchy signal.

  5. Clear CAD prices, no surprises

Torontonians are tired of hidden duties and confusing totals on cross-border orders. CAD pricing with HST shown properly, Canadian shipping rates and clear delivery times make the decision easy.

The Flatiron building in Toronto surrounded by modern towers on a snowy day

Bay Street quality, fair price

Bay Street polish, without the Bay Street invoice

Toronto business owners are often quoted downtown agency rates that make a proper website feel out of reach, or sold a cheap template that looks like every competitor. Neither wins customers. You get senior developers, a fixed price and a site built around how Torontonians actually search and buy, from a Leslieville cafe to a Brampton trucking company.

Toronto questions

Web development in Toronto: FAQs

Ready to talk? Message us on WhatsApp or send your project details. We reply within 30 minutes during our working hours. See all locations we serve.

How much does a website cost in Toronto?

Business websites start from US$500 and online stores from US$800, with a fixed quote after a free call. That is a fraction of typical Toronto agency quotes, with senior developers doing the work.

Do you have an office in Toronto?

No, and that is why our prices are fair. Our studio is in Islamabad, and we work with Toronto and GTA businesses through Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, email, WhatsApp and private preview links.

Which parts of Toronto and the GTA do you work with?

All of them, from Downtown, Midtown, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke to Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Pickering, Whitby and Oshawa.

How do you handle the time difference?

Islamabad is 9 to 10 hours ahead of Toronto, depending on daylight saving. We book calls in your morning and work while you sleep, so updates are waiting when you start your day.

Will my website meet AODA requirements?

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, which go beyond the WCAG 2.0 AA level the AODA refers to: contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text, form labels and screen-reader testing. Whether the AODA applies to you depends on your organization, so check your obligations, and we will make sure the website is ready.

Can you set up HST, CASL consent and Canadian shipping?

Yes. We configure CAD pricing with Ontario HST and the right tax for other provinces you sell to, unticked consent boxes for marketing emails, and Canada Post, Purolator and UPS rates. Your accountant should confirm your tax registrations.

Can we talk in Urdu?

Yes. Calls and WhatsApp in English or Urdu, whichever you prefer. Many business owners in Mississauga, Brampton, Milton and Scarborough find it easier to plan their website in their own language.

Can you build a website in more than one language?

Yes. We build multilingual websites with a language switcher and hreflang tags, including right-to-left layouts for Urdu and Arabic. You supply translations or use a translator you trust, and we handle the build.

Can you get my business into the Google map pack in Toronto?

We set up everything Google looks at: an optimized Google Business Profile, neighbourhood and service pages, local schema, consistent details and a plan for collecting reviews. No one can honestly guarantee a position, but these are the foundations that win local searches.

Do you work with businesses outside Toronto?

Yes. We work with businesses across Canada, including Vancouver, Ottawa, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and Montreal. See our Canada page for more.
