Maintenance plans start from $50 per month for a standard WordPress or Shopify site. Larger stores or sites needing more support time are quoted after a quick review.
We test updates on a staging copy first. If anything still goes wrong on the live site, we restore it from backup straight away.
Yes. For Shopify, maintenance covers theme updates, app reviews, speed checks and content updates. The scope differs slightly from WordPress, since Shopify handles hosting and core updates.
Extra work beyond the monthly allowance is billed at our standard hourly rate, and we always tell you before going over the included time.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Just give us 14 days' notice before your next billing date.
Yes. Malware removal is included for active maintenance clients. If you are not a client yet, we offer a standalone emergency cleanup service.
